Jeevan Fund

What is Jeevan Fund?

Established in January 2006, Jeevan fund is a charitable fundraising wing under the umbrella of CDMA. Its mission is to lend a helping hand to Keralites who are unable to afford medical expenses, especially those who are suffering from life terminating illnesses.

Who is Eligible?

As the name implies, Jeevan fund is intended to give financial assistance to the residents of Kerala who are in need of financial assistance for a medical reason, especially for life terminating illnesses.

Eligibility Criterion:

(i) Must be used for paying off medical bills.

(ii) Applicant must be a resident of the state of Kerala, India.

Fund Drive

Our committee has decided to award Jeevan fund in three phases a year:

First award will include collections from the Christmas/New year celebration.

Second award will include collections from the Easter/Vishu celebration.

Third award will include collections from the Onam celebration.

For those of who want to reach out during other times, Please send the checks to CDMA. We encourage all our members to support this endeavor by routing a portion of your charitable contributions through Jeevan fund. Application can be downloaded from here.

We are currently accepting applications:

Application deadline for the First phase: December 31, 2007.

Application deadline for the Second phase: April 30, 2008.

Application deadline for the Third phase: August 31, 2008.
